do not stay in this hotel!!!has bad location. bad directions on how to get there. horrible beds and bathrooms. incompetente personnel. they even steal from you!!!i gave clothes to be washed and i got them back still dirty and incomplete!!!

We get the room better than we expected. The room was big and clean, and have a nice view to the Koelner Dom. Nice place to stay.

The hotel was the worst I stayed in during a 10-day trip in Germany and the Netherlands. It was also the most expensive. The room was as big as a monk's cell, the carpets were filthy, the lighting and electrics totally cheap and damaged, and the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. In short, the place was a total rip-off.
