This is a 3 star hotel and did not live up to our expectations of a 3 star hotel both in facilities and breakfast which was an extra cost and very poor.

This was my first trip to Colmar, and we decided to stay at "Des deus Clefs" based on web reviews. It turned out to be a good idea! Both the hotel and Turckheim (of which I had never heard before), turned to be magical places. Tip: I did my morning jogging all around this enchanting town, and along the vineyards; it was a mesmerizing experience.

Very charming and nice hotel. Great breakfast and great rooms. Limited parking facilities and Turckheim is a rather boring little town but if you are going around Alsace wine routes it is definitely a hotel we can recommend.

The hotel and our accommodations were lovely, authentic to the area of Alsace. The location was perfect. We stayed here for four days and used it as a jumping off point to visit the other wonderful villages of Alsace. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even letting me use their computer to email the family back home. Breakfast was a delight, so delicious in their cozy dining room. We had a gourmet dinner in the hotel restaurant just some meters down the road. If we were ever to return, this is the place we'd go back to!

Great location, splendid hotel, very friendly staff, a wonderful stay. However, there should be some mention on the website that breakfast is not included in the room price and costs Euro 13 per person and the wireless internet access is inexpensive but not free. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Beautiful and romantic family hotel in the centre of a typical 'Alsace' village. Personal and friendly service. Rooms can be small but are clean, authentic and kept in good condition. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. We still remember the breakfast buffet!
