It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the apartments are available at any time. Guests are kindly requested to call the hotel to communicate their exact arrival time.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Baby cots are available under request and costs €5,10 per day.
Babysitter service during night-time is not included in the price.
Massages are not included in the price.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €11,00 per person for half board reservations and €23,00 per person per day.
