We really wondered where we were when we arrived at this hotel, dropped off outside by a bus driver. At the road entrance there is no sign for the hotel, but only for the discount airport parking next door. The area looks very run down and unappealing, and is right by the end of the airport runway. Once we got inside, the hotel wasn't too bad at all, and we could hardly hear the planes. The restaurant is excellent, fortunately as there is nowhere else in walking distance. All in all a better experience than we expected when we arrived, but next time we will look elsewhere.

Close to Caimpino airport but inconvinient to travel to-fro from Rome. Do not recommend if you have less time to cover Rome. Recommend if you like to spend a quite time and dont mind some extra travel t0 and from rome.

I went there with my girlfriend (for 4 nights) and we wanted to have a place where we can stay, relax from daytrips from rome and which is reachable by walking from the "near" station. In the end it was not that easy to find it by car first and it was in the middle of nowhere (between a nice little city ciampino-you had to walk on a very high frequently road without a pavement about 20 min- and the airport from rome). The hotel was directly next to the airport so it was very very loud. Adding to this you were able to hear the room-neighbours talking and a big party-room was also nearby - where we had a wedding, birthdayparty and a dancenight. So we weren´t able to sleep one night trough. One good thing was the shuttle service from the hotel (for the station and airport). it was quick and safe (but it costs you 2,50€ one way per person). The including breakfast was ok but not special.

I specifically wanted a hotel with an airport shuttle so that I wouldn't have to figure out the crazily, unmarked Italian public transportation system. They charged us, per person, for the shuttle and we used it several times. I'd say one driver should be fired, but Italians are known for their hectic driving. We had to switch rooms because the one we were in smelled SO badly of body odor. The place is laid out in a long succession of buildings which made me really want a golf cart. There is nowhere to go but the hotel without serious travel. The beds were NOT AT ALL comfortable and the blankets were thin. Perfect as a more private alternative to a hostel that is suitable for four people wanting to share a room. The one we moved to had four single beds. I never found the breakfast. Wifi is available free in the lobby, but the rooms are too far?

The main advantage of this hotel is that it is a couple of minutes by the shuttle bus to the airport (very convenient in case of early flight from Ciampino airport). The shuttle bus service is also very good. For such a low price the hotel is quite good

I stayed just one night, but definitelly will come back again. This hotel is very pretty, and its plus is its staff. Absolutely lovely. Ask for the airport shuttle service, it costs 2,50€, not 5€ as indicated!

Great welcome from the receptionist. Room clean and small, quite a long walk to to the room, would've liked one of the newly modernised rooms, we got an old one. Breakfast was good and great shuttle service to the hotel. The problem is the surroundings, next to a gypsy caravan site, so there's sercurity men with dogs patrolling the hotel grounds.

We had 2 major problems. The first was that taxis simply refuse to take you there. They send you to the buses and they do not seem to operate to any schedule. We waited for 45 minutes and were told that there may be a bus. So we walked. Do not try it!! We dined in the restaurant and it was great except the chef does not know how to prepare a risotto. We had eaten badly all week and were looking forward to a special last night. I asked the chef's nationality because he cooked us what I would classify as Indian rice. He used long grain rice and tinned mushrooms. I will not use Ciampino airport again as the transport situation is unacceptable. They only want to take you to Rome! The Hotel however was as scored.

Good hotel for one night stay whether coming into or leaving Rome CIA airport. We stayed there on the night of our arrival and our rooms were very good. The breakfast was also good but I found out later it was an extra 35 Euro's/night for it. We also stayed there because we had a canceled flight leaving Rome and the room was not as good and a very long way from the front desk.
