Hotel Ritz - Chivasso

Impossible de dormire beaucoup trop de bruit on entend tout même quand quelqun tire la chasse ca fait un bruit horrible¨!!!! JE déconseil cet hotel a tout ceux qui on un someil léger. a part ca le reste est très bien . PS le + : ils changents les linges tout les jours. très propre . mais asser vieux. la ville est très bien aussi seul hic pas beaucoup de place de parc.

The breakfast have to be improved : bread and croissants are not fresh and of poor quality and there is no choice on the buffet...

Never seen so thin walls !! I could follow a conversation at normal voice level in the room next door !

This was a great place for a tourist with a vehicle. Parking was provided (extra 10 eoro a day but worth it). It was far enough away from the big cities to be leasurely and so close to the railway station that you could visit Milan and Turin by train without parking problems. Also it was close enough to visit some of the mountain areas for a day trip by car. We went to Aousta and then into the mountains. Staff were wounderful and spoke good english at desk. Free internet and all the help you could wish for with a great breakfast well above normal continental fare. And a great little town with all facilities at your doorstep including laudromat (lavendaria) near the station. Magnifico.

Chivasso is a little industrial town less than 20km from Turin. We chose it because it was close to the highway and inexpensive. What we got was a wonderful little hotel in the center of a lovely little town. Not a tourist (except for us) to be seen. The Ritz and Chivasso were wonderful surprises and easily the best bargain of our 2 week trip through Italy.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Very close to the railroad depot. A nice place to stay while in Chivasso. No problems, clean rooms.

What a wonderful find! Very nicely located and for traveling into Torino, the train station is very convenient with frequent service to both Torino stations. Very good breakfast and the rooms were comfortable with nice amenities.

Not an easy place to find when one has driven all day and arrives after dark and in the rain. However easy parking in the yard at the back and an excellent restaurant across the road more than made up for this. Very obliging front desk staff.

Amazing coloured window on the stairs... Excellent relationship between price and quality.

A very nice hotel and a good price/quality relationship! Problem: the air conditionned system is deconnected by the receptionist without the agreement of the customer and the customer needs to get it again which is not convenient.

Completo nella dotazione delle stanze, pulito e con personale cortese. I difetti: stanze piccole, condizionatore "razionato" e una scarsa manutenzione (rubinetto che perde, porta che non chiude bene). Ottimo per il prezzo da noi pagato (49).

RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX SURPRENANT (LE PRIX AFFICHE DANS LA CHAMBRE ETAIT PLUS DE QUATRE FOIS SUPERIEUR AU PRIX OBTENU GRACE A VENERE...). PERSONNEL ACCUEILLANT ET SYMPATHIQUE. CHAMBRE SIMPLE MAIS PROPRE, SPACIEUSE ET BIEN EQUIPEE. PETIT-DEJEUNER INCLUS. BREF, UN ETABLISSEMENT A RECOMMANDER CHALEUREUSEMENT DANS CES CONDITIONS.

We stayed only one night and felt very comfortable. The people have been extremely polite and friendly.

The Ritz was a welcome surprise considering the price per room - it far exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed like friends from day one - all staff were friendly,helpful and cheerful, sadly something thats lacking at many hotels especially in towns. The hotel was presented in an excellent condition and help with maps of the town were provided with a smile as it's not the easiest place to drive to because of the one way system and narrow streets. Secure parking was free and breakfast was excellent quality if only basic continental fare. We will definitely stay there again. The room is not huge but more than adequate and the shower was excellent. All the frills of a much higher class hotel with the friendliness of a family-run place.

I was coming by railroad, my wife by car. It was easy to reach by both of us. The next day, we went by train to milan. The price was quiet correct.

An excellent little hotel with very friendly staff. I will definately use the Ritz again
