At PUBLIC Chicago, guests can relax in The Living Room, which features a sitting area, a communal work table, and computer stations to check e-mail. A wide selection of coffee drinks and baked goods are available in The Library each morning. At night, guests gather in the space for cocktails, light fare, and music. The Pump Room features a menu created by award-winning Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten; classic items from the Pump Room's original 1938 menu are included. In the evenings, the bar becomes a retro supper club with a modern twist.

The rooms need a little sprucing up, but otherwise a great historic hotel! Convenient location close to 24-hour subway station and close to Lake shore Drive, minutes from Hancock tower.A very nice and quiet neighbourhood.

From Chicago Midway Airport:
