Excellent until checkout. Accused of taking a chocolate bar from fridge.Protested as my wife and I NEVER eat chocolate. Paid 60baht for the chocolate we did not consume. Asked to see manager. a young lady came and said the fridge had been checked twice. Asked for my e-mail. No effort to refund the 60baht. Very embarrassing to be accused of , shall we say, theft, in front of a crowd of people. Next day received a poor letter of apology from the manager. I am not short of 60baht, but it would have been courteous to acknowledge that the money had been taken in error.

The good impressions from other stays have changed. Thinking that bf was included we went down to the restaurant and were let in. Only after we had already started the staff told us that we had to pay. So we had no choice as to pay - an unreasonable price (350 THB for each). Although I complained the first day there were no reaction of the management till our departure. We were there at 9.30 and although the bf-time was till 10.30 they did not refill the buffet anymore. There is no free internet access for laptops as in many other hotels and the price - also for using internet in the lobby - is extremely high.

Really a GREAT relationship between price and quality. In 18 years travelling it is the first time that I can sleep in a 5 stars Hotel with only 23 Euros! Great view expecially in the highters floors. Great location near the center and next to the the night bazar. Only 2 negatives things: 1. the hotel is too big and the time to attend the alevators is long. 2. the walls are thin and you can hear everithing about your neighbour. Per gli amici italiani: hotel da consilgiare fino al massimo di E. 60. Si tratta comunque di un hotel di grande categoria! Attacato al night bazar e ad un piccolo centro di vita notturna cosa che lo collocano in un ottima location anche se per il centro città serve il tuk tuk.
