We were very happy with our stay except for one major problem. I made an Internet reservation for one night and then decided to stay an additional night. Upon arriving the first night, I was asked if I wanted to have dinner and I said no. It seems that I did not read the Italian website thoroughly and indicated I wanted dinner included with the room fee, although I thought I had only elected a room. The difference in price was 40 euros. We did not have dinner, but we were charged the full 40 euros. I understand a penalty because we did indicate that we wanted a meal, but I do not feel that charging us the full meal price was fair. I would like you to intervene on our part to recover part of this charge. Thank you.
