Hotel facile da raggiungere in macchina. Ottima e cordiale accoglienza dei proprietari sempre disponibili sia per le informazioni turistiche della zona che per rendere confortevole il soggiorno soprattutto con la prenotazione effettuata con Venere.com. La camera era silenziosa, pulita, dotata di aria condizionata. Il bagno pulito con cambio della biancheria giornaliero. Buona ed abbondante la cucina con il personale addetto disponibile ad un eventuale cambio del menù giornaliero. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We were very well received by its owner, in our own language (french). The hotel is well situated and the staff is very kind. It was our first stay at this hotel and we would go back if we have the chance. We would recommand it to our friends.

Friendly staff. Room was too noisy,no soft elements and near to the (noisy)terras. Big and clean room, less tv channels (only italy-german), breakfast was simple, need too have more variation. We stay there 3 days. While leaving, the staff give us some fruit and bread for our way back.....

Hotel Iris was a nice place to stay, welcoming and caring personell. The food was nice, both dinner and breakfast. The only thing that was a bit difficult was that the reseptionist spoke just a little bit english, and we do not understand italian at all. But we got what we wanted, and had a pleasant stay.

we could not have chosen a better hotel if we had tried,we arrived one day early but it caused no problem,we were also invited to a birthday party,on leaving we were thanked by all the family as if we had know,a great hoteln them all our lives

There were no English or French speaking staff around. The special price quoted by you was the rack rate (highest). When for example the group was receiving 'welcome drink' we looked at them with empty hands. The room (number 410) reserved (for our last day) was given to someone else (we understiood that there was a group !!!), we were given a room in the back side of the building (spacious all the same). People were courteous and friendly.

A very nice, family run hotel. A little noisy in the rooms at breakfast. Would definitly stay here again.

A standard class hotel sited in an area with many others and 15 - 20 minute walk from the spas. Access road to hotel quite steep, and not very suitable for the elderly or infirm. Run by a pleasant family, quiet and good value for money.
