Hotel Campanile Poitiers Chasseneuil - Chasseneuil-du-Poitou

The management staff were excellent, polite and efficient. Easy to deal with. The breakfast was good. Dinner offer was limited. Rooms were good but slightly "tired" looking. Beds comfortable. The shower head clip in our room was broken. We asked for and got 2 adjoining rooms. Its on the edge of an industrial estate so the outlook is uninviting but fine within the hotel complex itself. Overall: good value for money and comfortable.

The only positive point is personnal . Not a 2 stars hostel.

Excellent value for money

les gérants sont nuls et à 16h impossible d'avoir notre chambre, plus un excrément collé pendant 2 jours dans les WC. Y en a qui devrait changer de métier !!

stayed overnight only. Room was a bit sad. Had a pre-fabricated feel. Service very good, food excellent and service in restaurant first class. Good value for money but might be a bit depressing for more than a couple of nights.

We arrived at 2 am. So we called on the afternoon to advise the hotel on our late arriving. The welcome at the telephone was very friendly and efficient but at 2 am, it was difficult to find the "green borne" next to the main door which deliver the room key even there were some lights, difficult to have the room key (I pressed all the time the wrong keys and of course nothing was happened), difficult to find our bedroom, the number step to 44 to 1. Whatever, the rest was fine and we will come back again if necessary.
