We stayed at the hotel (with our hire car) for one night before leaving from Charleroi aiport early the next morning. The hotel was terribly difficult to find(not helped by nightfall and snowy conditions) - can I say 40 minutes wandering around in circles would be accurate. The front office and restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant. However the food served was pretty poor and expensive for what it was. The rooms were well designed and functional but quite spartan and aesthetically not as good as they looked on line.

Free Airport Shuttle, Welcoming and accomodation are great services offered by this hotel. Unfortunately, they should find a solution to the problem I experienced with the waitress while having dinner: only one person to attend kitchen and tables, who seemed to have disagreements with managing staff. This waitress ignored me for over half an hour and made me go to bed later than I expected (my flight was really early in the morning)
