Excellent hotel and beautiful surroundings. A special mention is deserved by the buffet breakfast, which takes place in the ancient courtyard and includes typical local cakes. We lost the room keys and the staff was very helpful in providing us with a second one, at no charge. The only drawbacks are: - free parking is not available as the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, so guests need to look for a free place in the streets outside this area (which was not an easy task in August!); - our room was not fully darkened in the morning, as the curtains did not completely cover the windows (awesome scenery!); - shower foam was not constantly reintegrated even if very little was left; - second room service (couverture) was carried out only once.
