A very cold, sullen greeting. The hotel is a bit worn but OK for a few days. There is an excellant restaurant, Les Delices, about 5 minutes walk towards the centre. Wonderful food, friendly staff.

The Chris-tal was a lovely hotel. Travelled with my boyf for short skiing trip before xmas. Les Houches very pretty area, great for getting in and out of Chamonix, good bus service. Hotel was very clean, spacious, great pool area. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has a very cosy feel about it, particularly given that it was christmas time. My only complaint would be that breakfast was not included in the price unlike many hotels, we only became aware of this after we had booked. The breakfast were 9.50euros which i thought was extortionate. We had breakfast on a couple of occasions, it was ok but we were only served a boiled egg together with cereal, ham, cheese etc. Given the price it would have been good to have a more substantial hot meal. Apart from this we were very pleased with this hotel but would probably not return simply because breakfast was not included in price.

We had a hard time finding the hotel. It took us much driving up and down the streets. The directions should be more explicit. The view out the windows and off the deck were outstanding with Mt Blanc in the backgroud. The breakfast was excellent with many offerings in a single price buffet style.

Excellent hotel! Very good room, fantastic mountain view, helpful and competent employees. We did not hear the nearby autoroute because of double windows. Next time we shall definetely choose this hotel again.

This was the cleanest ans most spacious and luxirious room we had during our entire Europe trip. The staff were friendly (English speaking) and facilities awesome. I'd go here if I went to France again .

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. Guests are given an access code to get into the hotel after 10 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of sauna is not included and costs €12,00 each 45-minute session for 1 to 4 persons.
Garage parking is not included and costs €6,00 per night and €30,00 per week, in winter, and €3,00 per night and €20,00 per week, in summer.
Outdoor parking is free of charge.
The Guest Card is complimentary and allows guests to take advantage of a number of offers and fare reductions for various facilities and services in the Chamonix valley.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €9,50 in the restaurant and €11,00 in the guest rooms.
