We are a small family run hotel situated between the beach and windsurf area and the old town of Alacai. We are 1 km away from the windsurf schools and 2.5 km from the town center. The building blends with the local architecture while offering spacious modern rooms and amenities with te latest technology.
Besides the wonderful location the hotel has been designed to give you enjoyment,comfort and peace of mind. Our pool/jacuzzi are adajecent to a lare sunbathing patio,equipped with lights which gives our guests the option to swim both day and night.Also, there is a childrens pool for your youngsters to have fun in. In addition to sunbathing terraces the hotel grounds are made up of lawns and flowers.
Our restaurant/cafe provides local and international cuisine that makes use of local home grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Try our home made cakes!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
All children 6 years old and yonger stay free. A crib can be supplied free. Breakfast and taxes are included in the room price.
An additional bed can be placed in every room however,it is not included in the price. Transportation from the local bus station to
the hotel is avaiable for a small fee.
Dinner can be ordered daily when customer arrives or can be added to entire holiday when booking. It will be an additional 15 € per person (without alcholic beverages).
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 20% cancellation penalty withheld from reservation
payment.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 10 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
