This was our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are fabulous and the staff were all really helpful. The private beach facilities and great beach restaurant/bar are right on your doorstep. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants, but is a nice and quiet place to stay. We will definitely stay there again.

How to reach Hotel Waldorf

By car
From the North-East:
Take the S.S. 309 Romea federal road to Ravenna, then proceed along the S.S. 16 Adriatica in direction of Lidi Sud.
From Central Italy:
Take the superhighway E 45, exit at Casemurate and proceed in direction of Cervia.
From the South:
Take the motorway A14 Bari-Bologna, exit at Cesena, then take the S.S. 71b in direction of Cervia (12 km).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the value of the whole stay is to be paid at the time of booking as a confirmation. In case of cancellation of the whole stay before 6.00 p.m. of the 21st day prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In case of now-show or for cancellations beyond the above term until the day of arrival, the deposit paid will not be reimbursed and shall be kept as compensation. In case of early departure, the whole stay has to be paid for entirely.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
