Well located hotel in Cattolica which was easy to find and get to. The room was not the greatest in size or quality of fittings but clean and comfortable enough. The whole hotel did display a general tiredness and was in need of a facelift but it was clean. Breakfast was acceptable to good with reasonable choice and quality. Not the worst we had in Italy! One thing that did annoy us was that Airconditioning required a special key to operate which was not handed over at check in. After much stuffing around in a stuffy room mid summer we realised something was missing and went back down to be told about the key. Lots of cheap food, conveniences and shops around the hotel which was great. We were there for the MotoGP so had a specific purpose but the beach was only a short stroll across the road if that way inclined. Cattolica seemed to be the family holiday centre of Italy with loads of kids and strollers around town.

Family run hotel. The Owner was very friendly and accomodating, going out of her way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Service and quality of food in restaurant was average and I have known higher standards in hotel restaurants with a 3 star rating. Location is excellent only surpassed by beach front hotels. The room was very comfortable and on day of check out we able to use the room until we departed for the airport. This was excellent. Booking through Venere.com was easy and would highly recommend. Overall had a fabulous holiday and the hotel staff were friendly and accomodating also in the resort of Cattolica we found the patrons of restaurants and shops the same. Highly recommend this hotel and would hope to return again.
