The breakfast provided was a let down since in the 3 days, 2 nights we stayed there, all the food was left out day and night, just covered with a plastic. It doesn't have to be a hot meal, but at least have it be fresh out of the bag! It's a relatively new hotel, mom & daughter owned, personal, friendly. But seriously. the breakfast.

We had a very hard time finding the hotel using the map provided on the website. The location isn't great. That is, it's a 20 minute walk to the interesting sights and we couldn't find any restaurants open near the hotel. At night the buses don't run often so we took a cab back to the hotel. These are the negatives. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room was decent. The breakfast is OK. Given the price of rooms in Catania, I think the Hotel Catania Cristal Park is a good deal, especially once you familiarize yourself with how to get around.

The room was really spacious.The staff was very helpful although they didn't understand english very well.The breakfast was very filling.Recomend for People to stay over here.

It is not a three star hotel, as they pretend. It's a bed and breakfast not very close from the city center. The service is right and the breakfast good. But I think they cannot consider themselves as a hotel!

When we booked hotel Catania Cristal Park we were looking for a quite cheap and nice place to stay in Catania and it sorted out to be a great choice. The hotel is managed by an incredibly nice and helpful woman and her two daughters, all of them very open to help you whenever and however they can. The hotel is very nice and quiet, 20 minutes walking away from the centre but with a very easy and direct connection by bus. Very important point is their breakfast and service, we took here our best breakfast in our tour around Sicily Finally I must say it is a very adequate place to stay for singles, couples and families, the family is very open and kind to everybody

Very nice and cheap. Is near of the most inportant street of Catania, Via Etnea so in the center of the city. They employees help very much in all the questions for example: rent a car, guide about the island and say good sites to go. Arena and family thanks a lot for all.
