we were positively surprised with the price-conditions relation. the staff is very kind and helpful, and the restaurant is great( very good price for delicious cuisine). there's also a nice garden to have some moments of total relax, hearing only birds around:) if we ever visit the area again, no doubt we'd stay in this hotel.

How to reach Hotel Posta del Chianti

By car
From the South, from the A1 motorway, exit at Valdichiana and take the Siena-Bettolle highway, following the signs for Siena. After 17 km/10.5 miles, exit at Colonna del Grillo, and follow the indications to Monte San Savino. After 700 meters/0.4 miles you will find the Posta del Chianti Hotel, after the ancient mill Molino del Grillo.

From the North, exit at Firenze-Certosa and then take the Firenze-Siena road. Follow the signs for Arezzo-Perugia, and after 17 km/10.5 miles, exit at Colonna del Grillo.
