Nice hotel,good breakfast and very helpful staff. The swimming pool was on the opposite side of the street, next to the restaurant, but closed for holidays the first days of our stay, however since it was very warm we were allowed to use the pool. Very nice location to visit Emila Romagna and its city's like Bologna, Modena and Parma
