I had a perfect stay in this Hotel. This is a business type of hotel. Everything was as expected and even better (Very nice swiming pool, free Internet Access, clean and modern...etc). The area of the hotel is not really "romantic" but if you have a car, the nice cost with sea and restaurants is 5 minutes away, Barcelona city center may be 15 minutes max and Airport 5-10 minutes... For me it was a perfect place to enjoy the beach as well as Barcelona city center, Especially at that VERY reasonnable price!

We arrived late at night and it was difficult to find the hotel due to road works. We called the hotel and the man on the desk was not that helpful. When we did arrive we were concerned that going up to the room the lift area carpets were very stained and there were lots of debris. We arrived into our lovely big room but when we closed the curtains there were 2 very large burn wholes in the curtains. We were concerned but so tired we just went to bed. We woke in the morning to find a lovely hotel with great pool and wonderful areas. We spoke to the girl on the front desk first thing in the morning and she was extremely helpful and noted the curtain issue and the cleaning staff were already clearing the hall/lift ways. I would stay here again without hesitation as it is a great price for a good hotel.

Thr hotel was farther from the airport than I was lead to believe. Also, the hotel asked that transportation be arranged to/from the airport in advance, but it did not so indicate on the internet. The outdoor swimming pool was a delilghtbul addition.

The room was very nice, modern with a large bathroom. I was a little disappointed with the service at the Bar and the breakfast was not worth it. Hotel shud consider to provide coffee making facilities in the room. Surroundings were much better than as described by previous reviewers and we felt very comfortable here. Pool looked great.

1. A major factor in choosing this hotel was the promise (on the web page) of free shuttle from airport - a 50 euro (each way) cab ride. Only when we arrived on Saturday were we told that the free shuttle was only offered Mon-Fri. Hotel refused to reimburse us for cab fares. 2. We reserved king/queen bed - they gave us doubles. 3. Asked desk to arrange for a large cab (van) for early a.m. departure. After getting the desk's assurances, we ended up with a small sedan and no time to wait for larger cab.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

Very nice, modern hotel. Large room & bathroom both nicely furnished & equipped. Very nice pool & garden area. Food rather pricey (42 Euros p.p. for dinner menu) but there is a shopping mall very close by with inexpensive food court. Would certainly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days and found the hotel extremely elegant like a boutique hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. We found the location of the hotel to be excellent for travelling to Barcelona centre ( aprox 30 mins train and £1.80 return) and also to the coastal resort of Sitges. However the immediate surroundings were not ideal and although we felt safe walking around at night the view from the rooms was poor and the noise from the motorway could be heard from the outside pool areas. This aside we will definately use this excellent hotel again.

On your papers was stated: Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €10,70. We paid 12.50 € per person + taxes and they did not want to accept your prices.

I was counting on the shuttle which was to provide connection to airport and train station. When I got there, it did not exist. The website did not provide a telephone number to contact the hotel. It was just too far south of City of Barcelona proper. When I booked I thought the hotel was a section of Barcelona not completely out of town and it cost close to $30 euros for a Taxi to Barcelona. The hotel itself was nice, clean and modern. The location is just too far from Barcelona.

SOLO revisen la informacion que està en la pàgina de ellos con Ustedes, porque ofrecen traslados desde la estaciòn de tren o aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, y No cuentan con ello, SOLO ES ESO, GRACIAS AAAH y que no cobren los 3 euros de descuento para el Tour Turistico de Barcelona!!!

EXCELLANT HOTEL, THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT. AT 12KM. DISTANT THIS COULD HARDLY BE CALLED AN AIRPORT HOTEL.

This is a new hotel which is not fully up and running as yet. regards meals no menu on offer in reception or bedrooms. Bedrooms are clean and very modern. Clean towels provided daily. Location of this hotel, good rail link into barcelona and also other surrounding area's.This takes about 20mins walk. Walking back to hotel surrounding area quiet and would not advise for people traveling on their own after dark. Overall the hotel was good value for money and you had the best of both worlds visitng the city or beach resorts nearby. Hotel staff not very friendly. Ice barr in hotel not staffed during normal hours, we saw people walk away after waiting lenthy time to be served.English language in this town is very limited.

The only discrepancy I found was that the airport shuttle bus was not provided. However as this was important to me owing to a late flight arrival time, I had emailed the hotel on the booking form, and whilst saying it was not running, they told me a taxi would cost about 20 euros, which it did, despite being 23.30 hours. The only other point of note was the unexpected step down about one metre inside the main entrance doors. Otherwise we were well satisfied with the hotel.

the only reason i booked this hotel was because it said they provided a free shuttle service to the airport. the man at the front desk said "no sir we don't provide a shuttle service, we had someone stay here 3 weeks ago who wanted the same thing." Basically he told me that he knew they advertising false services but didn't really care. Maybe someone should take the time to take the info off the wsebsite????? i would never stay here again.

Hotel was good in general, also near enough to airport (10-15 minutes)..The only problem was that on the site description there was a free bus for the airport..once there we have discovered that this was not an available service..and so we pay 25 euro more for the taxi..
