Nice spacious room, but the staff were less than helpful. We had a minor emergency - keys locked in car - and called for help . Front desk said they would call back in 5 minutes when they had located help for us.We held onto a borrowed phone for 20 minutes..no call back, ever! Luckily the guy who sells pannini and gelato up on the bluff (next to Michael's) helped us out. He sells really good sandwiches..check him out. Also, the hotel offered us a "special for guests" fixed priced meal for 25 euros, and the same dinner was advertised outside for 22 euros! Great location, pretty place, but clearly a few kinks to work out.

Very nice welcome. The hotel is clean but would need some refreshing (paintings, furniture). Well situated in the old part of the city and close to the see.

Excellent structure with a great price/quality relationship. Castellammare is a wonderful place to be, and staying at this hotel will easily allow you to access (walking) all the touristic areas while staying in a quiter area than the harbour side is. Will get back there if possible!
