Hotel dei Cavalieri Caserta - Caserta

The hotel was very, very good! Huge room, everthing clean, nice location and a huge breakfast! If I'm in Caserta again- I will surely choose this hotel again!

Very good. Beautiful position near the "Reggia"

This was my first staying in Caserta-I was delighted with the town, people, and especially-food.Very, very clean hotel,spacious room with large bathroom,kind staff, excellent and rich breakfast, very kind camerieri in the breakfast lounge,nice park just in front of the hotel, position in the center of Caserta. Great value for the price. The only thing I didn't like-although free wi-fi was speciefied in the reservation, the first day we arrived the receptionist told us that "it was out of order, it doesn't work". The next day he continued with his story,very kindly, saying that "still there is no internet". After that I clearly showed my discontent and explained to the receptionist it's not acceptable for me, because I was a business traveller and free wi-fi was the reason why I chose the hotel, that same minute,the receptionist went to the computer in the lobby and said "Oh, it's working now!" Very funny situation indeed!From that moment on I had no problem with wi-fi. But I have heard many times during my whole stay the receptionist talking to other guests: "Sorry, the internet is out of order"

we booked a three night stay but left after two miserable days. The Hotel had no hot water. The Hotel did did a poor job informing us of a solution THere was no hot water on the day we left and I never heard the staff inform new guest when arriving at the Hotel.

It was the second time I went to this hotel, which I like much. This time it was for a one night stay. It's in the very center of the city, near to the Reggia of Caserta. Very good restaurants all around, I didn't try the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is OK, above average to me. The only down is that for the Internet connection you must pay 8 €/day.

Very good quality/price ratio and position, in the very center of town and near the Reggia of Caserta. The only disappoint is related to the unavailability of an internal parking for the car (you need to use an outer parking for 10 €/night, not that far). Once checking out, there were some issues with the invoice emission, due to the fact that the girl at the reception was quite new there and she was not able to use the software for invoicing. A good stay overall and I suggest to go dining at the Locanda del Nero, a short walk away. Either the Hostaria Massa is another good choice for dinner.

Internet was very expensive. The town is difficult to navigate but the hotel is within walking distance of most tourist sites.

The shower was not working well, no soap in the bathroom and about the television, the italian channels were not working - only skynew24!

Need better directions for foreign car travellers. Otherwise a great location for the Palace, city centre, everything. Parking costly. Room very clean top class.

albergo ineccepibile, ottima la posizione centralissima, cortese il personale, pulito e fatto con gusto, lo consiglio a chiunque!

il soggiorno è stato di nostro gradimento. l'hotel è nuovissimo. la posizione centrale purtroppo è un pò svantaggiosa per il parcheggio ma comodissima per chi non è in macchina. Colazione soddisfacente. Ci tornerei.
