Hotel Jolly Caserta - Caserta

Hotel restaurant was quite good. Not cheap, but generous portions. Helpful restaurant staff despite slightly limited ability speaking English (Knowledge of German was helpful!).

The hotel is located exactly near Reggia di Caserta. Receptionists are all very friendly. The hotel,now on renewal,and we stayed renewal room, with the most up-to-datefacilities. But old rooms also good. Restaurant is so good. We took lunch,dinner and breakfast ,very nice. We enjoyed.

The hotel is located exactly near the Palace. 2 minutes walk. The service in the hotel was extraordinary!!! I had cough early in the morning and needed something hot to drink (much before the breakfast opening). I got the best service from the kitchen - hot milk with croissant and later on breakfast - a special interest about my feeling. Wonderful people!

suggestiva la veduta della reggia dalla finestra della stanza, ed è proprio a due passi..unico problema il parcheggio che è incustodito, però c'è la possibilità di mettere l'auto in un parcheggio custodito di fronte all'hotel a 6 euro al giorno.

Very well situated and pleasant employees. Very funny to observe the gathering of the fans of the Fiat cinquecento on the week end of the 4 to 5 April

A good location in the center of the city. Caserta Vechia is about 5 miles out of town and worth the visit.

Very helpful staff both at reception and in dining room. highly recommended, We came in order to visit the Romanesque frescoes in the church of St Angelo in Formis and the staff sorted out train times on the computer for us.

The restaurant is very poor indeed. The menu is laid out in a very strange and confusing way, without any indication of antipasti, primi piatti or secundi piatti. It is completely dominated by pasta dishes (the one I had was good), some of which appear to be with identical sauces, and it offers very few fish and meat dishes. The fish dish my wife had was virtually inedible (very salty and unpleasantly bitter stock used for the sauce) and my meat dish was dreadful - a reasonable piece of meat badly cooked and totally submerged in greasy onions (not mentioned on the menu). A horrible experience. There were too many waiters for the number of diners but even so, they hung around doing as little as possible so the service was very slow. The breakfast was nowhere near the standard commonly found in 4 star hotels. (Recently I stayed in the Jolly in Lecco - an excellent hotel with a very good restaurant indeed.)

Buono standard generale, in centro e vicinissimo alla reggia di Caserta. Non ha un parcheggio proprio protetto ma e' convenzionato con un adiacente parcheggio a 5€/giorno

The hotel was average- clean and adequate enough for a brief stay in Caserta. The hotel was advertised as having the parking included with the price of the room as free, but we were told at the front desk this was not correct-despite having te ad printed out. That was an unpleasant minor surprise, but the proximity to the palace is great. That would be the only major appeal to stay here.

Ottima struttura. Vicinissimo per chi desidera visitare la Reggia e ottimamente posizionato rispetto alla stazione.

Hotel is of the same very acceptable standard as other Jolly Hotels, and is fair value. However, it is on a busy main road, and the sound-proofing is not up to the job.

Caserta is a town worth exploring. The palace is truly wonderful. The Jolly was a very nice hotel.
