I have send the time that we'll arrive at the hotel(2.00 p.m.)by e mail. The room was not prepared(they changed sheets when we arrive only to one bed), not double as my reservation but twin (the photo had and a couch), in a floor half under the ground, with rude stuff and no disposal for helping when we arrived without any baggages as the air company had lost them. The telephone didn't work in the room or at the hall but they did't offer their reception telephone to have a call to the airport. So i had to go outside every 15' for calling and late at night i had the waiter of a nearby restaurant as guard for going outside and having a phone. It was the most expensive hotel we had in Morrocco(39 Euros), with very bad services. The price is very high for thiw class and in low season. In my country, you find rooms in better hotels with 25-30 euros at this time.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, fairly central (about 5-10 mins walk to Place de la Lige Arabe), and cheap. Not flash, but good value for money.

staff speaks little English and the rooms are a little rickety. (only the bathroom light worked, cracked tiles etc.) next time I'll just stay at the youth hostel

The hotel is a little dirty. We arrive at 16h and th room wasn't clean. We have to wait about 30 min. The bathroom was terrible. The hotel seems like a 1 star hotel. The breakfast was bread with butter, coffe and olives. The locations is good, but it isn´t in the city center, it is about 30 minutes walking until the Medina.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Casablanca. The desk staff was a little starchy, but the women on the housekeeping staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet didn't offer as many choices as I've enjoyed at other hotels, but it was plentiful and the server made sure everything was fresh and nicely arranged. I ate in the hotel's dining room the first night because I was tired, but it was so good (enormous plate of lamb chops) and the headwaiter so outgoing and kind to me, the lone diner, that I went back (great seafood pasta!) for my second night (an experience I would usually avoid). There was much to see in the immediate area - markets, small shops, etc. - and I was able to walk to points of general interest downtown and in a suburban area.
