Public areas inside the hotel grounds are lovely and the service was excellent as well. We were in the hotel during a week of evening concerts, so it was not as quiet as we would have liked. However, the hotel made sure we knew about the noise when we checked in and since there was nothing either they or we could do about it; it was acceptable. Room was beautiful and nicely appointed although the mattress was somewhat tired for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel un an unrepeatable setting. The best breakfast we have ever had. Beautiful secluded garden and on-site parking (unusual in Carcassone).
