A good reliable option and on the whole a very satisfactory stay. However I thought breakfast was too expensive for what was provided. Also with the evening meal there was a little too much sales patter for my liking but then again I suppose that is a normal everywhere.

E' il classico Hotel appartenente ad una catena, che si può incontrare fuori da un' uscita autostradale. Privo di qualsiasi originalità, essenziale, ma comunque una garanzia in quanto a pulizia e confort.

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Carcassone, in an industrial area, no way to get there without a car. Very difficult to find, specially at night - we only saw one signpost with directions to the hotel. The manageress was extremly nasty. We booked two rooms through Venere, one double and one triple (we have a small child). When we got there the two rooms were identical. They sort of fixed it by adding a baby bed, nice if it was not because they wanted to charge us more for the room. According to them it was Venere's fault since we booked a room for three people for an extra charge. It just happens though, that they do not have triple rooms. The manageress insisted we should have phoned Venere when we got there, that is on Christma's Eve - for her, it was our fault and Venere's and not hers. After much argument, threatening (she threatened us with phoning the police because we did not want to pay), etc. she charged us the same as the double room. All in all, a very unpleasent way to waster one's time when on holidays.
