We were made most welcome by the young man who gave us the key when we arrived and did his best to speak to us in English. He had an excellent sense of humour but was efficient in his approach. We were given some good advise on places to visit and Carcassonne, especially in the castle, is a must for every visitor. The breakfast was also good value. Considering it is quite a low budget hotel, we would definitely stay there again.

First visit to Carcassonne and the Fast Hotel was excellent value for money.The information and advice which included a highlighted route map into and out of Carcassonne tips on where to park (free) where to eat locally were excellent the Buffet breakfast was also very good.First time we have used a Fast Hotel will do so again in the future.

We arrived well past midnight for the check-in butt his hotel had a great automated self-check in system that allowed us to do so without any hassle. we were in our rooms within 5 minutes. As such, we are unable to honestly rate the employees and direct service as such as required by this rating system but none of this interaction was necessary for us as were just stopping over and needed a cheap, hassle-free hotel which this hotel was for sure. The hotel was quiet and gave us a restful night, which is excatly what we needed after much travel. we checked in the morning without any hassle and were on our way. This hotel provided easy access to the citadel with a car.

Estuvimos de paso en nuestro viaje hacia Italia, y de paso conocer Carcassonne. El hotel está en las afueras de la ciudad, en una zona industrial aunque tranquila. La relación calidad precio, bien y por el precio del desayuno (5,50 €) desayunamos correctamente. Si vas en coche, ideal para poder aparcar en el parking sin preocupacion.

Fasthotel es un hotel de paso, para pasar una noche es aceptable. El desayuno y la atencion muy buenos. Hubiera sido mejor en una zona mas cercana a la ciudad medieval.

By carComing from A 61 motorway: take exit Carcassonne Ouest. At the roundabout follow direction Toulouse, then turn on the first road on the right.
From Toulouse on the RN 113: at the roundabout (Centre Leclerc)take the ring, road direction A 61, and take exit ZI La Bouriette. Once at the roundabout, turn left after the bridge.
