Hotel La Palma - Capri

Beautiful hotel! Conveniently located in the center of the charming town. Lovely, large, cheerful room with hand painted walls, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Though we overlooked the front of the hotel and the busy walkway thru town, we did not hear any noise inside. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. They also provided porter to take luggage to and from the boat dock, which was a lifesaver.

Best choice for a 3-days in Capri

This was my fourth stay at La Palma, I was hoping to book for 200 guests for my companies next annual conference, unfortunatley the attitudes of much of the staff again dissapointed. A simple request to have a bottle of wine opened, was met with being transfered to 4 different staff members, eventually to the bar manager who then in turn hung up on me. Not good enough for me. As an individual however, the hotel is perfect and I will stay again.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. They were right in the center of the square.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff at breakfast were excellent. Unfortunately our schedule only allowed us to stay one night.

Beautiful island a must if you are visiting the area. Would fully recommend staying the night on the island to avoid all the day trippers. Restaurants very good. Room was small with little to no view but it was very quiet. Fantastic location right in the throng of the action.

Ultimate luxury in a great location. So close to everything.

This was our first time at Hotel La Palma - the accomodations were fitting for the most beautiful place in the world - Capri, of course. Beautiful all white decor, very accomodating staff and located in the heart of the high-end shopping district, not to mention, just next door to the hippest club on earth Amena e Core. What Great Memories we made there. Looking forward to our return....

Very nice location, and convenient to explore the famous areas as the hotel is in the middle of it. Although we didn't feel much welcoming atmosphere at the reception and the breakfast choice is not so varied, the location will still cover these disadvantages.

Conciere particularly good. "Snack" and drinks on terrace away from, but near the "madding crowd" wonderful. We would chose again vs the more famous hotel at the end of the street.

I didn't know our baggages were picked up at harbor Capri by this hotel's porter,I thought he was a bad taxi driver & this service was charged(12EURO)I knew at check out. You Venere should give us these.
