I want just to underline that this hotel is very close to Cala Ratjada, which is very beautiful. Furthermore, you can cook in the little kitchen in the apartment and reduce the overall costs. The hotel is near the pubs and the restaurants and I exhort you to go there.

The hotel is in a very good position, near Cala Agulla (there's a pedonal street near the sea that brings you from the hotel to the seaside) and there are a lot of markets and restaurants. This is a Aparthotel, so you suggest to have lunch and dinner in your room, but you risk not to have your room cleaned (there a restaurant inside the hotel too). However a small lunch in a coffee or restaurant is not very expensive. In this place there are a lot of Deutsch people, so it's quiet and tranquil :-) In the end, I recommend this place especially to young boys before August 16-17th (after this date a lot of Italians arrive...).

There is an open air bar, and the air-conditioned public areas of the building incluide a sitting rooms, a TV room, a games room and a restaurant. The delightful garden with a swimming pool and a sundeck are ideal for enjoying moments of pleace and quit.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days less to arrival to avoid a penalty fee of first night total amount. No Shows: If guest doesn’t cancel their booking before arrival we charge a penalty of 30% of the total amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
