My stay at the serrano palace was an enjoyable one. However, I did not rate it as a 5 star hotel but perhaps a good 4 star. I was staying on a bed and breakfast basis and although the breakfast was fine, the self-service arrangement was not well defined and this resulted in a slightly chaotic atmosphere.

How to reach Hotel Serrano Palace

By airplane
From Mallorca-Son Sant Joan airport take the MA-19 road and take exit 3 towards Andratx. Continue on MA-20 road, take exit 1 towards Manacor and follow the indications to Manacor. Go through Manacor and Capdepera, and then arrive to Cala Ratjada.
There are some bus lines offering service from Palma de Mallorca to Cala Ratjada and other cities of the island.
