My stay at the serrano palace was an enjoyable one. However, I did not rate it as a 5 star hotel but perhaps a good 4 star. I was staying on a bed and breakfast basis and although the breakfast was fine, the self-service arrangement was not well defined and this resulted in a slightly chaotic atmosphere.
Room Details
The Serrano Palace hotel offers comfortable and refined bedrooms, featuring a private bathroom with shower/bathtub and hairdryer.Bright and spacious, the rooms feature many amenities, such as individually controlled air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, desk, mini bar, telephone and complimentary electronic safe. Moreover, all rooms features a private balcony.
Baby cots, specially equipped rooms for disabled people and non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Small dogs (under 5 kg) are allowed in the hotel.
