Hotel Savoy Beach - Paestum, Capaccio

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The perfectly manicured gardens with flowers and fountains, the proximity to the beach and to Paestum, the facilities. Best of all was the superb service along with outstanding food and wine. We were fortunate to have gotten a good price but even at double the cost this hotel is well worth it.

A really beautiful location and hotel and grounds. Excellent restaurant (food, service, wine list etc). Quiet in spite of large wedding parties. Close to temples. The only thing lacking was the service (room wasn't cleaned, long wait to check in and the receptionist was unclear about the beach towel purchase policy outlined in their own hotel guide). Limited TV channels - mainly Italian. Breakfast is a continental breakfast. Good arrangement with free beach access (good beach too, clean) Would stay here again. Great bargain out of season.

Le Savoy Beach est un des rares hotels, où j'ai séjourné, à m'avoir donné entière satisfaction même au delà de mes attentes. Superbe hotel (encore mieux qu'en photo)qui laisse une impression de classe et de sérénité (peut être à cause de la musique d'ambiance très année 50, ex : Sinatra). Le personnel est très serviable (voir aux petits soins)et on sent que le service est un des atouts de l'hôtel (bagagiste, femmes de chambres, serveurs, barman, réception : tous ont été très charmants et professionnels). Le petit déjeuner était tous les matins très copieux avec une grande variété de boissons (du café au champagne), de plats sucrés ou salés (goûtez la mozza fumée : un délice), de fruits frais...Il y a de quoi contenter tout le monde. La plage est à peine à 200m et est très agréable, la piscine est sublime et le cadre est superbe (palmeraie et jardins fleuris un délice pour les sens). Le restaurant est à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel (cuisine fine et savoureuse) avec une belle cave à vin. Sans oublier la salle de sport et le spa... Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualità e prezzo, ottimo anche il ristorante. Consigliato per alternare soggiorno di relax in hotel e visita a Pestum e costa amalfitana.

There was not enough staff for a property this size, so service was poor. The photographs were mainly of the pool, which was spectacular, but the design of the hotel itself was glitzy modern --- more what you'd expect in Las Vegas than near a major archealogical site. The surrounding area seemed very depressed, like some beach areas in Mexico.

A very fancy hotel, bigger and more polished than anywhere else we stayed in Italy. There's a great outdoor area with a swimming pool and gardens. You shouldn't pass up Paestum, and you shouldn't pass up the Savoy Beach Hotel!

We like our stay vey much. Our vacation was blessed by sunshine in a mild Dicember whether. The hotel is fabulous and the region beautiful.

This hotel offers excelleny value for money, with spacious and well equiped roooms each with a large balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its location means that it is best suited to travellers with their own transport.

This hotel was the best and most modern that we stayed in in Italy. Great breakfast; meats, cheese, yogert, granola, pastry and all the trimmings. I would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in anywhere in Europe! The facilities are excellent for non-Italian speaking visitors, very friendly staff. And the restuarant is incredible, both quality of food and service of staff. I will always recommend this hotel highly and we plan to return there again ourselves.

This hotel is rated as one of the top hotels in the world & we think it thoroughly deserves this status. It is better than the pictures show & totally grand. Food for our evening dinner & breakfast was first class . We were so impressed with the breakfast selection , we videoed the spread!

The Savoy Beach is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel has a nice pool area. We only stayed here for 1 night so unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fantastic. The breakfast was also very nice. The cappucino was one of the best. The hotel is also very easy to find. Just look for the signs pointing you in the right direction. We wish we could have stayed here a day or 2 longer just so that we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, the price we paid for this hotel was a bargain. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All employees were helpful and polite. The property was well taken care of. I enjoyed breakfast very much at the terrace with the fantastic view.

Lovely hotel with very reasonable restaurant. Very good value for money and well worth a short stay.
