We were really impressed with the lovely friendly service we received from the hotel owner and his staff. Only complaint really was the size of the room - not much space for a family of four. However, the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel.

Very welcoming and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Great location on the beach and close to restuarants, shopping and entertainment. Small room and older than what we expected compared to the photographs on Venere and a little pricey .

the owners were very welcoming and helpful and friendly. We only ate in the hotel on one occasion in the evening and the meal was lovely. We found many nearby restaurants where the locals ate, these were good.The breakfast was good but became a little monotonous after a time.

Not the biggest, not the newest, but the PEOPLE are the BEST by far. The service staff made the short stay a real pleasure. Yes, they speak German and English (since I don't speak Italian). We will be back next season.

From the A4 motorway, take the S. Stino di Livenza exit and then follow signs to Caorle. Do not enter into Caorle, but follow the the indications to Caorle-Porto Santa Margherita.
