Good hotels at a good price (90€). We had a bigger room at the same price (given by the hotel) because the hotel didn't receive the reservation from venere. Small problem but good reaction. i recommend sun riviera

Excellent hotel with great location. This hotel met all our needs for our 2-nights stay in Cannes in the second week of August 2009: Easy parking in the underground garage, spacious room with separate bathroom and toilet, balcony with seaview and a small swimmingpool in the backyard garden. The location was great in the main Shopping street of Cannes with just a few minutes walk to the beach, the old town and the film-festival building. A little bit pricy, but OK value for money considering the season and location.

We were disappointed with the very poor value of breakfast at 16€ per person it was 1€ more expensive than Villa Victoria in Nice (our following stop) and vastly inferior. The offering was a choice of bread and croissants a natural yoghurt and apple pure and tea or coffee.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights; Positives: The beginning of Rue de Antibes, an excellent location to be in Cannes; everything in walking distance; quiet rooms; wireless internet to work (Orange - paid); reasonable sized rooms; smallish but workable bathrooms; terrace; garage. Very good deal through Venere.com (not available through other booking sites or the hotel website). Negatives: no in-house complimentary coffee/tea Will recommend to friends.

The staff at the hotel are extremely warm and accomodating. The rooms are modern, clean and the hotel property in general is lovely. The one draw back is that it is a little bit removed from the croisette. I was traveling with an elderly person so this proved to be a small inconvience. An added plus was having a garage at the property for the rental car. This was indeed very much appreciated.

By car
From highway A8, take exit no.42, direction Cannes Centre. Enter Cannes and proceed on Boulevard Carnot (road N85). Turn left onto Boulevard du Ferrage (road N7) and proceed on Boulevard de Lorraine (road N7). Turn right into Rue de Constantine, then left into Rue d'Antibes, where the hotel lies.
