La suite con cucina è molto accogliente ma non ci sono le pentole e l'hotel le affitta a 20 euro al giorno: se partite con l'intezione di risparmiare sui pasti portatevi pentole e piatti da casa!

La residenza è collocata in una bella ed elegante zona residenziale della città, purtroppo un pò distante dal centro storico (occorrono circa 15 minuti a piedi). La camera da letto non è molto spaziosa, ma il soggiorno/angolo cottura è vivibile ed accogliente. Il personale è molto disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo del soggiorno è eccellente. E' una struttura che consigliamo a tutti. Gli unici difetti riscontrati sono: rumore del traffico per le camere che si affacciano sulla strada principale, lunghi tempi di attesa per la chiamata in arrivo dell'ascensore (in quanto la residenza dispone di un solo impianto), accesso dell'auto (e del conducente) al garage interrato mediante apposito elevatore (non consigliabile a chi soffre di claustrofobia).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available from 2 p.m. It is necessary to arrive at the hotel not later than 10 p.m. The front desk is open from 8 a.m. to midday, and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. In case of later arrivals, please notify the hotel.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation possible until 18:00, 3 days before arrival date, After, 1st night's stay charged. If no-show, all of stay charged. From 01/07 to 31/08 a deposit of 50% is required. It will be refunded in case of cancellation earlier than the 15 days before arrival. During congress periods (MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, FIF, IFA, MIPCOM, TAX FREE, MAPIC, FESTIVAL PLAISANCE, FESTIVAL JEUX, WM WORLD etc. ) Prepayment of the stay at booking.
