Hotel PLM - Cannes

good hotel but bed is a bit soft, so might be difficult for those who are not used to it.

only the breakfest was very bad

I stayed there with my daughter and everything else was ok BUT someone opened our door at night and left when he saw us. We could not get any reasonable explanation next morning from the staff and we didn't feel that we or our belongings were safe after that. The next night we built a barricade in front of the door.

Our room was small do not know how big the others ones were. Good position.

Central, Near station, Clean , Confortable. Good internet connection. Pleasant staff. Will use again.

Location was even better than expected and though near the train station, the area felt very secure. The room - a single, though with a good sized double bed - was a good size, and it is always nice to have the bathroom/toilet/shower facilities in the room; it was simple, but clean and secure.

nice little hotel in the heart of cannes. price and service are good. not far away from the beach and the famous la croisette. breakfast costs 8,00 €, but very good (fresh orange juice, fresh croissants).

Good relationship between price/quality, in particular for the location (near the sea, Palais des Festivals, etc). The principal problem was the restroom of room 44: impossible to close the door when sitting... you know what I mean. Besides, the door was a glass door: what a 'good' scene for the partner :( I guess my dislikes about the presence of moquette and the absence of the bidet are for I'm an italian people :)

Excellent quality vs. price considering Cannes in August. Nice room, close to the city centre. No parking in the surroundings. To find the hotel, better with navigator.

staff is very welcoming and warm. i was a little disappointed at the petit dejeuner - no cheese or fruit.

The bathroom is so small that if i was seated on the toilet i could'nt close the door!!!!!!!!!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. All was very good. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel is situated in the center of Cannes, near the Palas of Festivals, palm beach and old port. So Hotel is very nice.

the room are small and the bathroom too. there are no free parking near the hotel. The hotel is near to the sea and near to the part touristic of Cannes. when a neighbours enter to their room we hear all the things they said.

La situación del hotel es maravillosa, está en pleno de centro de Cannes y para llegar en coche o en medio de transporte público es genial. El problema fue con el hotel, pues tan solo te hablaban en frances, aunque supieran inglés pero les costaba hablarte en otro idioma que no fuera el suyo. El hotel al no tener recepción y depender de otor, era un poco rollo, pues a veces tenías que esperar un ratito hasta que te abrieran la puerta. La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero la limpieza genial, y en general, la valoración del hotel es muy buena y recomendable el elegir este establecimiento.

It was really nice and near the beautyful beach andsupermarket, all in all cheap and clean, TV includet. The rooms werde sometimes a little bit loud, but for the price it´s okay and normal between neighbours.

I recommend this hotel as an excellent budget conscious choice. It's just few minutes away from palm beach and Palaise des Festivals and also from Gare SNFC. The staff was a kind & helpful. Overall a good & enjoyable stay.

Excellent relationship between price and quality. Small and simple but tidy and welcoming. Excellent position near the Croisette and the city centre. Near the railway station, ideal if you travel by train.

Very close to the train station "Canns" and the beach. My son had a wonferful time by the sea. And beside the train station, there is bus to go "Grasse" in 1 hour distance. The hotel is easy to find and convenient. If you got fully prepared, it won't bother you when the cleark in front desk left in the afternoon. The front door was locked so I did not worry about the safty problem. They have monitor controled by other hotel, to get in is easy when tell them the name and room number. I went there on Sunday, stores were closed and nothing to shop around. The price of the room is quite reasonable. I spent a quiet and cosy night with my little boy of 3 ys and paid only 39EUR. English is no problem there!

This is a great value in a very good location but don't expect more than a budget hotel. The room and bath were very small but we would still recommend it - especially for the money. Guests should also note that if you arrive after normal business hours, you will have to go to Hotel Tosca (one block to the right if you are looking at P.L.M.'s front door) to check in. The staff speak limited English but try very hard to be as helpful as possible.

The location is excellent. However, due to shortage of stuff, there is no one on duty at night. That is very inconvenient.

The perfect stay if you want to be in CANNES but don't want to spend much money for the hotel.The room was quite small but we've spent our time there only to sleep and to take a shower.If you want to live in the middle of the centre, you have to accept also the noise from the streets around. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I would go there again!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location could not be anymore ideal, it was central to everthing; you practically stepped out of the train station and stepped into the hotel. My single room was equipt with all the necessities.

This is what we wanted to a clean hotel.

The room was clean but the staff were not very welcoming we had a nightmare trying to park our car and there was very little help from the staff to advise us on this. None of the staff suggested to us about things to do while in Cannes in fact there seemed to be no interest in talking to us regarding anything apart from the payment. Not recommended !!
