Forniture very old. Windows very old and not properly insultation for noise and warm. Bed very soft and old. WIFI connection 5€ fix fee. I would prefer pay per connection time. In case only 15 min required (which is the typical time for checking e-mails) it costs 5€ which is out of the markets standard price.

I had a problem with finding a hotel. I was travelling by car and spend a lot of time driving around town to find a hotel. Maybe you should put a better explanation of the position of the hotel on the web site. Also, it says there is a parking place for guests, but there are only place for two cars. Other things were great!

L'abbiamo scelto per stare insieme ad amici nostri che avevano già prenotato. Non lo rifaremmo. Albergo che avrebbe bisogno di un rifacimento totale. Moquette di età imprecisata. Camere al quarto piano dove sbattere la testa è il meno. Bagni che minuscoli è dir poco. Un ascensore di circa 40 centimetri per un metro, bisogna entrare mettendosi di fianco. Un gran senso di abbandono.

had to wait an hour to check in as receptionist was having her hair done! tiny room, stained carpet, blocked shower, bathroom so small, was impossible to use the toilet and close the door, in short, disgusting! VASTLY overpriced!

My stay here was okay. The owner had charged me double the correct rate, but quickly corrected the error. They were painting the outside of the building when I was there so there was scaffolding surrounding the building but it did not affect my stay. The place is reasonably good value for Cannes, however a little noisy in the morning as the traffic picks up. I was advised by the hotel that there was no rooms with airconditioning contrary to a review of the hotel I read somewhere. In high summer this may be a consideration as it gets quite hot in Cannes. There are no English channels on the tv, but that is not really what you are in Cannes for anyway.
