Booking can be modified or cancelled up to 3 days prior to check-in, no show: 100% stay charge Special Period: 4-7/12/11; 27-31/01/12; 10/02/12-1/03/12; 5-8/03/12; 31/03/12-4/04/12;16-27/05/12;17-22/06/12; 6-10/10/12; 21-24/10/12 = FULL STAY PREPAID AT RESERVATION TIME. Booking cannot be modified nor cancelled, no show: 100% stay charge. During the rest of the year, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
