Very close to conference centre (which was my primary destination). Clean, comfortable and very low cost. Receptionist let me in and took payment on arrival: never saw anyone after that, let myself in and out, very convenient, no problems. Love it!

Great location, couldn't be better, for a budget hotel. Two minutes walk to the station, and three minutes to the sea and the Rue D'Antibes with all it's glorious shops! The proprieter was very sweet, though I had to wake him up to let me in when I arrived, as my flight was a late one. No room in the tiny lift for anyone but me and my suitcase so no help in getting to my room. That's ok for me but an older person might have wanted assistance. Room was tiny, but very very quiet, bed comfy, shower room was adequate. fairly grotty blanket on bed but sheets ok . Plenty of hot water, soap, shampoo. At 40 euros for one night , not bad I suppose, given that France is so expensive, and the Riviera is particularly so! I asked for breakfast and paid the hotel in advance . I was directed to a small cafe nearby which has an arrangement with the Little Palace; sadly, breakfast was immensely disappointing. Very weak coffee, and cold croissant, not very fresh tasting; orange juice was ok. But for 6.75 euros, I would have done better to have chosen a cafe myself.

We went there as a couple during the high season (august 2008), so for this price one cannot expect a luxury. The room with double bed was very tiny but clean and good furnished. The area around the hotel is not the coolest one, but the palace of festivals and the sea are very close, just few minutes walk. Also supermarket is just few steps along the street. We survived also with English there, the personal was very friendly and helpful.

hotel was fine, close to train station and close to beach.

Nice little place right across the street from the train station and within walking distance to city centre. Clean, with restaurants nearby. Good English spoken. Extra charge for wireless internet which worked well. Smallish room, but fine for our needs. Couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioner, but it was comfortable with the window open (early June).

We were told Cannes was very expensive especially with travelling during the film festival. However, this hotel was extremely cheap and great value for money. The feedback it got was spot on in that it is small but extremely clean. The rooms were fine for what we were looking for with flat screen tv and window that opened onto the main street. The toilet and shower area were small but ample for what was required. We were two streets from the Palais des festivals and opposite the railway station so it is perfectly situated. There were lovely restaurants and cafe bars within a short walk. We found most decent restaurants to be approx 75e for two good main courses inc bottle of wine and bistros approx 50e. We stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour of the riviera, which we felt was more than enough as it is not a big place. We travelled to Monaco by train for 13e return each and it took about 30 mins (Nice was about half the price and distance) The train is the best way to see the riviera and if at all possible do not hire a car as it is very expensive to park overnight (Under no circumstances leave it on a street as you will have several bashes or dings when you go back to collect it). The french are NOT good drivers.

The lift the smallest I have ever seen but was quite ok to move baggage upstairs and not have to carry. Good reception from managements and would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to others. Great little property, Car parking very close was a plus and the hotel gave us a discount voucher for it. Easy walking distance to the seafront.

Great little hotel. Not fancy, but central, clean and comfortable.

I had stayed in this hotel many years ago when it was under different management. It is much cleaner and brighter now than then (but also dearer). The rooms are very small but were adequate for our purposes. The reception area is tiny.

One would normally expect Cannes to be hugely expensive in all ways, but this little hotel was a budget priced gem. Close to the Railway Station and near all the shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beachfront. Reception area very tiny which made it hard to navigate the baggage into the tiniest of tiny lifts. Family run so we were given a friendly reception. Would definitely stay there again.

This charming hotel is located right next to the train station and is really close to all shops/restaurants; nice neighbourhood. The hotel has a cute charm to it, the rooms are clean although a little small -- this might be because we arrived really late and got the last room (the other rooms all looked bigger). Bathrooms were clean, AC worked fine. No breakfast is available as far as we knew. The owner was extremely friendly and accomodating and spoke very good english. For the price, this is a definite find in Cannes. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed in Cannes for a day. The hotel is very clean and well situated. It's in front of the train station and no so far from the beach. There are two italian restaurants next to the hotel and three or four parkings where you can leave your car for 25€ per night. It has a brand new security system with videocameras all around the hotel. In general, I consider it a very good choice to spend your time in Cannes. I recommend it to everyone. One handicap, the only spoken languages of the staff are english and french.
