The overall experience was excellent. The owner and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel isn't located in the best of possible places, although it's a 5 minutes walk to the local mall. The bathroom was nice, spacious. Very clean everywhere, throughout the hotel, with just some minor exceptions (the staircase, after a rain). You can walk to the beach, although it takes about 15-20 minutes, but the closest beach is almost a jewel, it's the castle beach, it's pretty rare to be able to swim in the Mediterranean within 50 yards from an medieval castle. The only drawback would be the fact that the street is a bit noisy in the morning (not every day though), there seems to be a lot of people using motorcycles and mopeds in that area. Mandelieu is much nicer than Cannes, which is noisy and crowded. I'd definitely go there again.

This hotel is so much better value than those on offer in Nice it is well worth the drive in. We stayed only 1 night but will use this hotel again I think. The manager was very welcoming and efficient. The room was spotless. The hotel design is motel like with no lift for upstairs. There is parking which is hard to find in Nice. We had a meal in a beachside restaurant in nearby Theoule-sur-Mer which was great and well priced.

I was travelling alone with my 12 and 14 years old kids. We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was easy to find, the free parking was welcomed. We really enjoyed the kitchenette after two weeks in restaurants. The full size bath and the balcony were nice. The TV was small, the size of the room was ok although a bit cramed with the table between the beds. The pool was very clean with warm water. It was a bit further to the beach then what was on the website but still a walkable distance (25 minutes). Shopping for food and pharmacy was only a 5 minutes walk away. The staff was sympathic. I would go back.

Very nice place to stay. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel so you can get anything you might need. We always used a car to get to the beach (it could take some time to walk) but it took only like 10 minutes to get there. I would definitely go back again.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and the desk staff spoke English well which was very helpful since our French is not strong. The rooms are simple, pleasant, and very clean. The pool was clean and a nice place to relax. The air conditioning was really appreciated. The kitchen in the room is small but was well equipped. This was our first time in the area and it was easy to access the beach and bus to Cannes.

quite exellent hotel arrangement which can be recommended all over the time.unfortunately we cannot share all arrangements of the hotel area because it was too warm to spend days at pool and surroundings. the sea-side was much more better during the holidays. Many thanks to the staff.

The only problem is the size of the bed,That was meant for two people,but only good enough for one, Not unless you are sleeping two kids.

By carFrom Highway A40: exit at Mandelieu Centre (Junction no.40) and go left towards Fréjus Les Minelles. Pass through Mandelieu, proceed straight ahead for about 1.2 miles (2 km) and pass Géant Casino shopping mall. You will find the hotel on your right, after 0.2 miles (300 meters).
