great location, quiet rooms but NON FUNCTIONING wifi. You can get emails but CANNOT send out mail on any apple product, iphone, ipad of mac. Front desk feigned surprise at this even though previous reviews mention this same problem. Breakfast too expensive at hotel, walk around the corner for one at less than half price. Rooms are dark. But the location is the best on the Rue Antibes.

Very good. Perfect stay, a business trip made a real pleasure thanks to a welcoming and quality service at the Hotel de France. Will be definitely "my" hotel when I'll be coming to Cannes.

Room Details
Guestrooms at Hotel de France were fully renovated in 2010. Single, double, twin and triple rooms offer modern amenities, such as wireless Internet access, direct dial phone and TV with satellite channels, combined with an original Art Déco style design.Rooms are functional and comfortable: air conditioning is reversible, twin beds can be transformed into a large double bed and a safe is at your disposal in all rooms. All private bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer.
Furthermore, triple rooms are equipped with a minibar and cribs (infant beds) are available on request.

By carComing from all directions on the A8 highway, take exit n. 42 Cannes Centre. Take Boulevard Carnot and follow the signs to the train station Gare SNCF. Take the voie rapide, then make a right into Rue de la République You will find the property in Rue d'Antibes, at number 85.
