the room was unfortunately very loud in the night! drunk guests were sitting around the pool and made a lot of noise between 2 and 4 am in the morning. furthermore, also between that time other guests in the room above my room made a lot of noise and it was not stopped by the hotel personnel. the hotel personnel could be more poilte, discret and fast as well as service-oriented. although i heavily tipped the room service (5 EUR for bringing me a hairdryer for example), the service was not improved. compared to a 5 star luxury hotel, the service was very poor, also because the personnel commented on my requirements - what is very unusual in a luxury hotel regarding the room, it was clean and with nice furniture and design

How to reach Hotel Canberra

By car
From the A8 highway, take exit no. 42 and head towards Boulevard de la Croisette. On Boulevard de la Croisette, when you reach the Le Festival café turn left until the roundabout; the hotel is located just behind.

By public transportation
By bus or from the Nice-Cannes shuttle service leading to the airport get off at the rue des serbes stop.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local tax is not included in the price and costs €1,30 per person, and per day.
Wireless Internet access throughout the entire property is included in the price.
Extra beds for persons over 12 years of age incur an additional fee of €40,00 per day.
Baby cots are available free of charge.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €18,50 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
