Good hotel for a business stay, very comfortable if you go by car. If not, it is very far from the center of Cannes. Taking a taxi will cost around 25€. If Wi-Fi access is needed in the room, you should ask for it as in my room it was not available. This was a problem for me. In case I should know, I wouldn't have carried my portable.

The room was very little and there was a strong smoking "parfume"... The hotel is in a green a pleasent location but close to the airport and far from the city. Very good to stay 1 night travelling by car...

E' un Motel, non è un albergo e quindi la struttura è tipica. Per chi, come me, si è trovato ad alloggiare con la mia famiglia (tre persone)ha dovuto fare i conti con lo spazio di una camera doppia trasformata in tripla (tre letti attaccati assieme e un piccolissimo spazio per accedere alla toilette). Può essere comodo per alloggiare una sola notte per chi deve servirsi dell'aereoporto che è vicinissimo.

Linge de toilette trop usé. Odeur de cigarettes dans une chambre triple vraiment trop petite pour 3 personnes. Bien pour une halte rapide compte tenu de sa situation à proximité de l'autoroute

The staff was very friendly. Virginie, at the reception, had given a clear guidance for us to arrive the hotel and was warm in her welcome. We had taken a room for two and another for three-total 5-adults. The facilities and arrangements including the breakfast was as per our expectations.

Coming from all directions on the A8 highway, take the exit 41 Cannes Mandelieu, and follow the signs to Centre Commercial Leclerc. At the roundabout, take the exit to the gas station. You will find the property on your left.

By train
From Cannes railway station (6 km), follow the indications to the Aérodrome de Cannes Mandelieu, and follow the aforementioned indications.

By airplane
The Aérodrome de Cannes Mandelieu is the nearest private airport. The nearest international airport, is the Aéroport de Nice Côte d'Azur, from where the hotel is easily accessible following the above described directions.
