This hotel is nice.Near about 300 mt there is a sea and the centre of Cannes or minus.The room is nice.There is a good clima.There is a small bathroom (shower and washstend and water).Breakfast is so' and so'.The parking is so' and so'.Near about 150mt. there is a private parking (about 20 € for day)

We were a group of 9 on vacation and this hotel was a overnight stop on our way to Paris. The room is very basic, with the bathroom being very small. Showers were small. The A/C was required and worked very well. Hotel is a bit hard to find but makes up for it by being only 5 min from the beach. Many restaurants/shops were just minutes away. The gentleman who checked us in and helped with directions was excellent. He is a real asset to this property. Good, economical place to stay in Cannes if you are passing through or just need a place for a couple of nights.

Basic hotel with very friendly staff. 24 hour reception. Wi-fi is not included. Was a little noisy with the window open at night, but understandable for the great central location. Would happily stay again.

The hotel location is almost perfect, 5 minutes from public beach, 10 minutes to film festival palace. But, because of it's location, it was a bit hard to find, all these small streets and turns. And impossible to find open parking in the area around hotel, we found a place only at underground garage. I think, that it's a permanent problem of the city.
