Nice hotel, central location plus: - stuff is very friendly - stuff speaks excellent English - quiet rooms minus: - small room - located in small streets, so the view from the window is poor - non-stop running air condition, which I could not turn off or adjust

Extremely convenient for Cannes railway station, town centre, and sea front, the Alnea is a very welcoming, small, family-run hotel, where the owners take a genuine interest in the well-being of their guests. Given the location, the Alnea offers excellent value for money. Everything provided in the rooms worked. I would recommend the Alnea to others, and would stay there again myself.

A nice place, very good located and with nice people. There were no problem to let baggage at the reception in early morning and/or late afternoon. Maybe a little bit noice for rooms situated above the street.

The Alnea was a joy to discover in a very expensive city. The rooms are truly sound proof, and although they are small, they had everything I needed: wireless, hair dryer, air conditioning, American shower. And the location is two blocks from the Congress location. The hosts were charming and very friendly and helpful. There is no lift, but our host carted our luggage up to the third floor himself! Compared to the many overprioced hotels in Cannes, this was great.

How to reach Hotel Alnea

By car
From the motorway A8 take the exit Cannes Mougins and follow Boulevard Carnot. At the last traffic light, continue straight ahead towards Palais des Festivals and centre Croisette. You will recognize the hotel after 50 metres on the left.

By train
When coming out of Cannes train station, turn right and pass the Monoprix supermarket. Take the 2nd street left (at the corner of JoueClub toy shop). The hotel is located on rue Jean de Riouffe. The main front door is always closed, so please ring the bell.

By airplane From Nice-Côte d'Azur airport take the express bus and get off at the Maréchal Joffre bus stop. Once out of the bus, cross the street and proceed along rue Vénizélos (you will pass the L'Occitane shop and other gift shops). The hotel is located on rue Jean de Riouffe.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to contact the hotel in case of later arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Transfer service from/to the airport is not included in the price and costs €65,00 one way for 5 persons.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €6,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Only written cancellation: + 7 days : no fees - 7 to -3 days: the 1st night / total amount of rooms -3 days : total amount / total amount of rooms No refund if check out earlier than the reservation departure date. The hotel will charge the 1st night as guarantee and it will be refunded in case of cancellation +7days ARRIVAL TIME MUST BE COMMUNICATED If you arrive after 8pm, give us a call on your day of arrival (before 8pm) and we will give you the entrance code and room number.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
