DEPOSIT: 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is
refundable.
If you cancel 11 day(s) before the date of arrival: the hotel will load 5%
the whole stay. If you cancel 3 day(s) before the date of arrival: the hotel
will load 15% the whole stay. If you cancel 2 day(s) before the date of
arrival: the hotel will load 25% the whole stay. If you cancel 48h before
the date of arrival or NO SHOW: the hotel will load 30% the whole stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
