I have already emailed you about this trip I bought from you. Your advertisement is misleading. The rooms are poor, the bedding and towels threadbear and overall this was very disappointing. I would have moved but I wasn't entitled to a refund, according to the hotel manager. I am awaiting a reply to my email to you.#

Fuimos a pasar una semana a Madeira de vacaciones. El hotel es extremadamente simple. Reservamos un twin studio. Las habitaciones eran muy austeras y sin ningún tipo de gracia. Desde la cama podías cocinar. No había apenas luz artificial. Las toallas y la ropa de cama necesitan un cambio, estaban viejas y deshilachadas. La ducha no tenía presión. Desayuno con bufet poco variado. Mala calidad precio.

(we have tried only the first day , thereafter we have eaten in the restaurant just in front of the hotel which is always full with hotel guests one credit card ,perfectly, correct was refused. Fridge noisy in the room. Breakfast with food of very common quality, everything coming from a can. 380 persons in the dining room. A horde of English low class travellers in charter tours Thomas Cook. Result: price to low ,quality in proportion. No beakfast at the departure early morninf but the breakfast was paid!

From Madeira/Funchal/Santa Catarina Airport: Follow the signs to Funchal and Caniço. Once you have passed the exit for Caniço you will start to climb and pass through two tunnels. Directly after the second tunnel is the exit for Garajau. Follow the signs for Garajau down the hill, and you will see the Dom Pedro Garajau Hotel on the right.
