Satisfactory to spend a few nights while making further trip arrangments or looking for a more convinient beachfront hotel. Recommended to rent a car at once as nearby restraunt is poor and all entertainments and even internet faciities are not within walking distance. If like swimming in the sea, it is also better to choose another hotel closer to Punta cancun

Nice hotel, very Minimalist style... expensive breakfast and almost 14 km from any commercial place or other restaurants...not very serious staff, first night our conditioned air system was crazy, we called for help...no body cames to help. Last night we order some food by room service... nothing ... it`s not enough to have nice decoration guys!!!

You are meeting people most of from Europe in Bel Air Collection Hotel.My general experience at Hotel Bel Air Collection was very good but complementary coffe has to wait for 20min and more, always run out of coffe.

Very pleasant, relaxing stay at the Bel Air Hotel Collection. Staff were excellent with both service and friendliness. Rooms were immaculately clean and were tended to more than once a day. Really enjoyed my stay here, would recommend it to other people and would return again.

Came with elderly parents, they gave us a large room and made an extra bed in the same room for me. Very clean and fantastic View.

Very simple clean surroundings. there weren't anything unnecessary. If you are NOT looking for night life with music, this is the place to stay.

The Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Cancun features 156 guest rooms, decorated in a minimalist style and with spectacular views of the ocean or the lush Nichupté lagoon.Standard deluxe rooms come with either a king size bed or two double beds, satellite TV, DVD player, free wireless Internet access, direct dial telephone, safe, minibar, air conditioning, and coffee maker. Hair dryer, bathrobes and luxury bathroom amenities are also provided. The hotel offers a turndown and petits fours service, and room service with a light menu is available around the clock.
All Kool Lanais Suites feature an oceanfront double Jacuzzi, an aromatherapy kit, a cheese tray and a bottle of Champagne. Suite guests are entitled to personalized check-in and priority in reservations at the Collection Spa.
Rollaway beds not available. Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.
