Hotel manager confirmed right room category to venere and me, but reserved the wrong category (comfort room instead of suite, as confirmed). In spite of long discussion, manager was not willing to make any advances nor to compensate for the lower room category. The result was, that three adult men had to stay at the hotel for 5 nights in a small double bed room. No recommendation !!!!!

The problem are not the hotel offered on your portfolio but the rooms that are booked through your website. For the 3 reservations done with Venere for our honeymoon in Italy, all the rooms booked were next to the lift with no view and noisy. This has been a big disappointment and will ensure to never use your services again. Thanksfully some of the hotels were kind enough to change our room. I am very upset about the room booking in place. I have used many times Expedia and never had that problem. I won t use Venere anymore. Please delete my email from your distribution list. I enjoyed stay at the hotel. Very clean and spacious room, also well designed. Service at reception is fairly nice except english communication for complicated matter with non-native english speakers. Breakfast is nice. Quality of dinner dishes is average. Service at dinner time is not so good because of small number of staffs.

Thank you for your support - the reservation was done without any problem. Hotel was very good (we however did not know that the room has only shower/WC - but the room was very big and had a beautiful view with balcon).
