METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
if you cancel your reservation less than 15 days prior to check-in, you will be charged for the 1st night. No shows will be charged 10% of the total amount of the resrevation.
